ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE — WINDSOR BROKERS Windsor Brokers is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Executive to drive client growth and conversion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with prospective traders, guide them through onboarding, and activate new accounts within our thriving financial platform. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Acquisition Executive, you will own the complete client journey from initial contact through first trade. Your focus will be converting assigned leads into fully funded and active trading clients by delivering exceptional service, understanding individual needs, and ensuring seamless account setup. You'll be the voice of Windsor Brokers, providing clear product education and timely support that inspires confidence in new traders. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will proactively contact and nurture leads through our CRM system, conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each prospect's trading goals and financial interests. Your role includes clearly communicating the value of our forex and financial products, guiding clients through account registration and identity verification, processing deposits, and documenting all interactions meticulously. You'll provide hands-on support during clients' first trades, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term relationships. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring proven sales or telesales experience, ideally from call centre operations, with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into customers. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a valuable advantage. You are articulate, persistent, and genuinely interested in helping clients achieve their trading objectives.
