JOB SUMMARY Digital Qatalyst is looking for an accomplished AI Lead to champion the creation, implementation, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence solutions throughout the organization. In this pivotal role, you will establish the AI vision and strategy, oversee the development of intelligent systems, implement governance and MLOps frameworks, and deliver tangible business results through automation and sophisticated analytics capabilities. This position demands a unique combination of technical depth, strategic foresight, and leadership acumen to construct robust AI solutions while cultivating widespread AI literacy and adoption. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Shape and lead the organization's AI strategy, technical architecture, and capability development roadmap. Design, build, deploy, and refine Machine Learning, Large Language Model, and Generative AI solutions tailored to organizational needs. Embed AI capabilities into products, enterprise systems, and core operational processes. Recognize automation opportunities and spearhead intelligent transformation of business processes. Build and enforce MLOps practices, establish model performance monitoring systems, and create AI governance standards. Champion AI adoption through enablement programs and capability building across all business units. Partner with stakeholders across functions to convert business challenges into actionable AI solutions. Create comprehensive documentation, reusable frameworks, standards, and assets that enable scalability and organizational continuity. Monitor emerging AI technologies and propose innovations that align with strategic objectives. Maintain alignment with security, privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory governance requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of direct hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning applications. At least 1 year in a leadership, ownership, or project leadership role. Advanced proficiency in Python with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Proven track record developing and deploying Large Language Models, Generative AI applications, and intelligent systems. Working knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring frameworks, version control systems, and AI governance approaches. Experience with enterprise cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. Strong capability in analytical thinking, complex problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong documentation skills.
