AI WORKFLOW & ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST Company: Talent Match Africa Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite Working Hours: Australian Time Zones ABOUT THE ROLE Talent Match Africa is seeking a practical, hands-on AI Workflow & Enablement Specialist to revolutionize how teams work by introducing intelligent AI tools into daily operations. With a strong focus on Claude, this cross-functional position sits at the intersection of operations, process improvement, and AI adoption. You'll be the bridge between leadership and teams across the organization, observing how people work, identifying pain points, and introducing straightforward, effective AI-driven solutions that boost productivity and output. This is not an engineering position. Rather, it's ideal for someone who can observe real workflows, solve genuine business challenges, and empower non-technical teams to confidently use AI tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO Work closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Admin to understand their day-to-day operations and workflows. Shadow team members to observe how work currently happens, then identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies that slow progress. Translate your observations into practical AI use cases using Claude, developing customized prompts, workflows, and light automations tailored to each team's needs. Work with team leaders to test and refine these solutions in real workflows, then iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes. Prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact, implementation effort, and ease of adoption. Embed successful workflows into daily operations and create simple documentation including prompt libraries, standard operating procedures, and playbooks that teams can reference. Run one-on-one and small-group training sessions to build AI adoption and confidence across the organization. Support teams in developing strong prompting practices and overall AI literacy. Track and report on the impact of your work, including time saved, efficiency gains, and process improvements, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You bring two to five years of experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or similar roles that demonstrate your ability to drive organizational change. You have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms in real work environments, not just theoretical knowledge. You excel at analysing workflows and identifying improvement areas. You can translate complex business problems into simple, practical solutions that teams can actually implement. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues across the organization. You have experience running training sessions or supporting the adoption of new tools and processes. You're highly proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working independently while aligned to Australian working hours. You're comfortable working onsite and understand the value of in-person collaboration. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You'll clearly identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the business. You'll successfully implement and drive adoption of AI workflows across multiple teams. Your work will deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, output quality, and time savings. You'll increase AI usage and confidence across non-technical staff throughout the organization. You'll maintain consistent reporting and visibility on progress and impact.
