Associate About the Role Sama is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will process data work, maintain strict quality standards, and contribute to the development and evaluation of AI-generated content. Your responsibilities will span multiple areas including data verification, creative writing, and content quality assessment. Your Key Responsibilities You will process assigned data work by identifying and resolving discrepancies, applying consistent tagging and capture procedures, and escalating incomplete documents to your team leader. You'll verify all entered data through systematic review, correction, and deletion as needed, while maintaining organized files free of duplication. Beyond data management, you will create detailed, original content that showcases your creativity and command of English grammar. You'll evaluate and refine both AI-generated and human-created writing, assessing quality against established rubrics focusing on grammar, clarity, and factual accuracy. As part of the broader team, you'll complete related tasks and support colleagues to achieve shared objectives. What We're Looking For You hold at least a diploma in Business, Management, Education, or English and Literature, with a bachelor's degree being advantageous. Your English proficiency must reach C1 or C2 level, with exceptional grammar and comprehension skills. You possess a critical eye for identifying textual strengths and weaknesses and can articulate these observations clearly. You demonstrate excellent writing style awareness and strong written and oral communication abilities. You're comfortable navigating internet search engines and software platforms including Microsoft Office, and you adapt quickly to new applications. Your time management skills and sense of urgency ensure you meet deadlines consistently. You work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and communicate with genuine openness. Experience with generative AI systems, creative writing roles spanning at least two years, editorial work, and strong critical thinking abilities are all valued advantages. You exhibit exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in rapidly evolving environments.
