This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on taking initiative, work confidently with minimal supervision, and have a genuine passion for driving sales and creating meaningful customer connections. What You'll Be Doing: Execute dynamic in-store activations that build brand awareness and boost product sales performance. Connect with customers in a warm, professional manner while effectively communicating product features and benefits. Work towards and consistently achieve your daily and weekly sales targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional activation booth or display area at all times. Compile and submit detailed daily reports highlighting sales metrics and valuable customer feedback. Strictly adhere to all supermarket regulations and store operational policies throughout your tenure. What We're Looking For: You must bring proven experience in sales activations with a strong preference for candidates who have worked directly in supermarket activation environments. Secure all required supermarket compliance documentation before starting, including your Food Handling Certificate or Medical Certificate and Good Conduct certificate. You must be at least 22 years old and hold a valid original National ID. Your educational background should include a minimum of High School completion, though post-secondary qualifications are a definite plus. Essential Personal Qualities: You demonstrate the ability to work independently and deliver results without constant oversight. You're reliable, punctual, and fully committed to showing up for every scheduled shift. You possess excellent verbal communication skills and naturally build strong interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues alike.
