Q-Sourcing Servtec is seeking competent, skilled, and dependable Casual Employees to bolster operations across multiple locations in Kenya, including Kitui, Kisumu, Mombasa, Kisii, Eldoret, and Nairobi. Operating on an as-needed basis, this position demands flexibility and adaptability to respond to varying business requirements and perform diverse tasks as assigned. Key Functions and Expected Results Work under direct supervision of an assigned manager to execute tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workplace while adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines. Provide support across various operational tasks based on specific industry needs, including customer service, stock handling, administrative duties, or other business functions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures throughout your tenure. Collaborate effectively within team settings and maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors. Demonstrate flexibility in assuming different roles and responsibilities according to business demands. Maintain accurate staff attendance records and provide necessary reports to management. Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Report any disciplinary concerns or workplace issues to the Human Resources department promptly. Academic Qualifications Minimum qualification of a Form 4 certificate (high school completion) is required. A college certificate in any field is considered an added advantage. Must reside in or near Thika Town. Skills and Competencies Required Strong communication abilities and proven teamwork skills. Capability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when necessary. Basic comprehension of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Physical capability to handle demanding work that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, or other physically demanding activities where applicable.
