The Opportunity PhynaTech is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work with one of their enterprise clients, leading the charge on adoption and embedding change across critical transformation initiatives. This is a dynamic, client-facing position ideal for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, turn strategy into concrete action plans, and drive successful system and process adoption across the organization. What You'll Be Doing You will own the full spectrum of change management activities, starting with developing and executing comprehensive change strategies and plans that align with ongoing transformation initiatives. Your stakeholder analysis skills will be essential as you design targeted engagement approaches that resonate with different audience groups. You'll lead the charge on communication planning and execution, maintaining clarity and consistency as messages flow through the organization. Beyond communication, you'll support critical business readiness activities including process alignment and user preparation, then design and coordinate training and adoption initiatives that stick. Throughout the engagement, you'll track adoption metrics, identify risks, and report findings to keep stakeholders informed. Close collaboration with project managers, business teams, and technology teams will be fundamental to ensuring smooth transitions from project into steady-state operations. What We're Looking For You bring 5 to 8 or more years of change management experience, ideally within banking or financial services sectors where you've navigated complex transformations. Your analytical capabilities are sharp—you're comfortable interpreting data, assessing impacts, and translating insights into actionable change strategies. Stakeholder engagement is your forte; you build trust, manage expectations skillfully, and address concerns head-on. You have demonstrated success supporting or leading large-scale change and transformation programs, and you're fluent in change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci. Your experience includes digital transformation and technology implementation projects. Communication is a natural strength—you articulate ideas clearly both in writing and verbally, facilitate discussions effectively, and present with confidence to cross-functional and client-facing audiences. You're exceptionally organized, prioritize intelligently, manage multiple workstreams without losing pace, and consistently meet deadlines in fast-moving environments. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field is required; professional certifications in change management or project management add competitive advantage. Engagement Details This is a 12-month contract consulting engagement.
