ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Tubular Running Services form the backbone of well construction, requiring teams that understand safe, efficient handling of specialized equipment in demanding environments. As a Completions TRS Crew Member, you will join rig operations at the forefront of drilling activity, operating advanced mechanical and hydraulic systems that keep wells on track. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will operate specialized TRS equipment including power tongs, elevators, slips, spiders, and torque-turn systems with precision and professionalism. Your role encompasses setting up and breaking down TRS equipment and related tools, ensuring every component functions flawlessly. You will coordinate seamlessly with drill floor operators, clients, and partner personnel to maintain synchronized, safe operations throughout each shift. Your technical contributions include performing equipment inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine maintenance to keep all systems operational. You will champion safety across all activities by attending rig meetings, promptly reporting hazards, and adhering strictly to compliance protocols. Documentation of operations, activity reports, and coordination with the Operations Coordinator round out your day-to-day responsibilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong mechanical aptitude is essential, paired with hands-on experience operating mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Prior experience in TRS or drilling-related field work is highly valued. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, working effectively under pressure alongside crews and supervisors in fast-paced environments. Educational background should include a two-year technical degree or equivalent technical training combined with relevant field experience. Your problem-solving abilities, equipment inspection skills, and commitment to maintaining operational readiness set you apart. Flexibility to travel for onshore and offshore assignments plus willingness to work variable schedules, including on-call rotation, are essential.
