COMPLETIONS TRS CREW Are you prepared to ensure seamless drilling and tubular running operations? Can you deliver safe, efficient work in demanding onshore and offshore settings? THE OPPORTUNITY Sokify is partnering with a leading energy technology company to fill a Completions TRS (Tubular Running Services) Crew position. This role sits at the core of well construction operations, where you'll manage the safe and efficient handling, running, and makeup of casing and tubing. You'll work with specialized mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as part of a professional team dedicated to operational excellence. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will operate TRS equipment including power tongs, elevators, slips, spiders, and torque-turn systems while maintaining the highest safety standards. You'll assist with rig-up and rig-down procedures for TRS equipment, stabbing boards, power units, and tubular handling tools. Your communication skills will be essential as you coordinate with drill floor operators, clients, and subcontracted personnel to maintain synchronized, secure operations. You'll perform routine troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and basic maintenance before, during, and after operations. Above all, you'll uphold strict safety compliance, attend rig safety meetings, report hazards immediately, and complete required job documentation and activity reports. WHAT YOU BRING You possess general knowledge of oil and gas industry operations, with prior TRS or drilling-related field experience preferred. Your strong mechanical aptitude enables you to operate mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools safely and correctly. You communicate effectively under pressure with rig crews, supervisors, and clients, and you're comfortable working variable schedules including on-call and shift-based assignments with travel to onshore and offshore locations. A two-year technical degree is preferred, or you can demonstrate equivalent technical training combined with hands-on field experience. You excel at problem-solving, follow procedures meticulously, and maintain equipment readiness consistently.
