You will be the face of Site InviSion locally, gathering feedback from users and helping shape how the platform serves Kenya's unique construction sector needs.
Your Responsibilities
Source and publish construction tenders, contracts and opportunities available across Kenya from national and county government, state corporations, international development partners and private sector organisations
Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of all published listings, updating information regularly and removing expired opportunities
Build awareness of Site InviSion among contractors, consultants, suppliers, engineers and other construction professionals through your existing industry network
Serve as the primary communication channel between Site InviSion and Kenya's construction community, gathering insights about local user needs and market gaps
What We're Looking For
Established presence in Kenya's construction industry as a contractor, engineer, quantity surveyor, architect, project manager, supplier or related professional
Solid understanding of Kenya's construction sector and public procurement systems, including platforms like tenders.go.ke, county tender processes and NCA classifications
Comfortable working independently online, proficient with web forms, documents, email and social media platforms
Self-motivated and reliable, able to dedicate several hours each week to the role
A well-developed network within Kenya's construction industry is highly valued
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based commission role with flexible, remote working. Your income is built on two revenue streams: ten percent of every subscription generated by Kenyan users and five percent of every curated document sale made in Kenya. Your earnings track in real-time on your personal dashboard, with cashout options via M-Pesa, bank transfer or PayPal. You set your own working hours and pace.
