CONSULTANCY TO CONDUCT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MODULE ADAPTATION Organization: Humanity & Inclusion (Operating as Handicap International) About the Role We are seeking an experienced consultant to adapt and develop business development modules for the Unlocking Opportunities Project, an initiative dedicated to empowering young women and men with disabilities across Kenya to secure dignified, fulfilling employment opportunities. Since 2007, HI has developed specialized expertise in violence prevention and survivor support, combining care mechanisms with community-level prevention strategies while building the capacity of service providers to deliver inclusive, disability-aware services. About the Project The Unlocking Opportunities Project represents a focused initiative to remove barriers preventing young people with disabilities in Kenya from accessing quality employment. The project recognizes that systemic challenges and skill gaps often limit opportunities for this demographic and seeks to create pathways toward sustainable, meaningful work that respects individual potential and promotes economic independence. Your Responsibilities As the consultant, you will lead the adaptation of business development training modules, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and effective for young adults with varying disability types. You will work closely with project stakeholders to integrate evidence-based practices, local market insights, and inclusive pedagogical approaches that serve this target population.
