THE OPPORTUNITY As our Country Director for Kenya, you'll take the helm of all country-level operations and have the opportunity to build Amusnet's brand from the ground up in this dynamic market. Your vision and leadership will shape our market entry strategy, commercial partnerships, sales performance, and operational excellence. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead the development and execution of Kenya's comprehensive business strategy, including local subsidiary budgeting and financial planning. Conduct thorough market research to inform our entry approach, analyze product trends, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure timely strategic adaptations. Build and nurture strong relationships with local operators and partners while managing all sales and marketing initiatives to maximize our market penetration and commercial impact. You'll ensure all country operations maintain alignment with company policies and procedures while supervising, mentoring, and developing your local team through regular performance reviews. Managing relationships with distributors and partner organizations will be essential, as will maintaining strong customer relations through inquiry resolution, complaint handling, and client presentations. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights for growth decisions. Represent Amusnet at industry expos, client meetings, and distributor discussions both locally and internationally. Finally, you'll deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports covering sales results, marketing activities, budget analysis, emerging challenges, and growth opportunities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Your professional background should demonstrate proven experience in a managerial or country leadership position within the iGaming industry. You possess a strategic mindset with a track record of developing business plans, creating realistic budgets, and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Your communication and interpersonal abilities are exceptional, enabling you to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups. You possess deep knowledge of Kenya's legal and regulatory environment. Your problem-solving approach is pragmatic and decisive, supported by strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. You inspire and develop teams effectively, bringing out the best in your people. A valid driving license is desirable.
