THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Credit Control Officer to strengthen our Finance team. You'll drive efficient revenue collection, reduce bad debt exposure, support steady cash flow, and cultivate strong partnerships with insurance companies, corporate clients, patients, and key stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role includes resolving outstanding insurance claims, addressing payment delays and claim denials, and managing disputed accounts with finesse. You'll ensure billing completeness and accuracy, reconcile debtor accounts systematically, issue statements and reminders per hospital policy, and resolve billing disputes efficiently. You'll negotiate flexible payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with approved credit terms, nurture relationships with insurers and corporate partners, monitor payment patterns to spot risks early, and maintain comprehensive contracts and records. You'll generate insightful reports on collections performance and revenue indicators, ensure adherence to healthcare billing regulations and internal controls, and champion continuous improvement across credit control and revenue cycle management.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of credit control, accounts receivable, or comparable experience, ideally within healthcare.
