JOB TITLE: CRM Administrator - Remote COMPANY: YO AI Labs POSITION TYPE: Contractor LOCATION: Remote ABOUT THE ROLE YO AI Labs is looking for skilled Salesforce and HubSpot Administrators to join a focused engagement supporting customer projects centered on operational excellence within CRM and revenue management systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep CRM knowledge to evaluate live SaaS operations, identify and resolve data and process issues, and contribute to how AI systems can better understand intricate business workflows. Prior experience with AI is not necessary for this position. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will conduct comprehensive audits of CRM systems and connected revenue platforms to identify inconsistencies, outdated procedures, duplicate information, and automation gaps. You will examine policy conflicts and establish appropriate business rules to govern operations. Your work will include data review and reconciliation across your CRM and related systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will develop clear operational documentation and prompts tailored to complex SaaS scenarios. Additionally, you will document recommended system improvements and operational changes, assess how modifications to your CRM may affect billing systems, CPQ tools, ticketing platforms, and other integrated software, and provide strategic recommendations on CRM optimization, system architecture, and long-term governance frameworks. WHAT YOU BRING Four to six years of direct, hands-on experience administering Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable CRM systems is essential. You have led CRM implementations, migrations, system consolidations, or major rollouts. You possess strong technical knowledge covering fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation logic, and permission structures. You have worked with multiple revenue or operational systems such as billing platforms, CPQ software, ticketing solutions, or integration tools. You are comfortable working with SQL, APIs, data models, and performing data reconciliation across systems. You have experience operating in SaaS-based business environments. Your written and spoken English communication is excellent.
