This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll lead teams through complex projects while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards. You'll be the technical backbone ensuring every installation meets specifications and every maintenance task is executed flawlessly. What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance projects from planning through completion. Lead and mentor electricians on site, ensuring their work adheres to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety protocols. Create realistic work schedules that balance manpower allocation and material availability to hit project timelines consistently. Conduct thorough quality inspections to guarantee finished work meets required standards. Diagnose electrical faults efficiently and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward. Document all work activities meticulously and generate progress reports for stakeholders. Liaise effectively with other departments and external contractors to maintain seamless project execution. Provide technical mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and competence. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum five years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance work. Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, equipment, industry codes, and safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Competence reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Practical proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and measurement instruments. Sharp problem-solving capabilities with sound judgment under pressure. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver results consistently. Working knowledge of SAP systems.
