We allocate firm capital to disciplined traders and scale buying power based on verified performance and sound risk management. This is not a demo account or challenge evaluation — it is a structured, professional path to building capital as a serious trader. The Trading Schedule One of the advantages of trading from East Africa: US market hours align perfectly with your evening. The NYSE opens at 5:30pm EAT, creating a workable window for traders who prefer a focused, finite trading session rather than an extended day. You will have direct overlap with active US market hours without sacrificing your morning or midday. What You Will Do You will trade equities and options within clearly defined risk parameters, applying a structured, rules-based risk management approach. Your focus will be on building consistency in your trading execution and scaling capital through measurable performance. Options are central to our trading methodology — they allow you to define risk, hedge exposures, and construct trade strategies beyond simple directional stock positions. There are no challenge accounts, no evaluations, and no monthly subscription fees. Compensation & Terms This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no base salary. Your compensation is structured as a profit split on your trading performance. Top-tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits. What We Are Looking For Trading experience in equities and/or options is preferred but not required. We prioritize candidates with strong risk discipline, consistency mindset, independent decision-making capability, and personal accountability.
