Working from our Nairobi facility, this role provides you with comprehensive, practical expertise across the full spectrum of operations - spanning production management, operational excellence, Smart Factory implementation, digital transformation, and team leadership. You will direct significant projects, deliver measurable improvements on the production floor, work collaboratively with plant management, and participate in continuous learning opportunities at regional and global levels. Key Responsibilities • Complete an 18-month intensive Chaingers Program specifically designed to strengthen your operational knowledge base and fast-track your advancement into leadership. • Rotate through critical operational disciplines including production, engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, lean methodology, strategic planning, and people management. • Take ownership of substantial improvement initiatives focused on optimization, efficiency gains, workplace safety, and measurable performance outcomes. • Actively participate in Henkel's digital transformation and sustainability agenda through strategic manufacturing contributions. • Achieve Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and implement these methodologies within actual business operations. • Collaborate with an international group of high-performing professionals, drawing on diverse backgrounds and learning from operational excellence practices across Henkel's global network. • Begin with permanent employment and an attractive compensation package, with transition into a people-focused leadership position following successful program completion.
