What You'll Do Your days will be dynamic and unpredictable—one moment you're orchestrating high-stakes investor meetings, the next you're designing a member's personal productivity framework. You'll take ownership of several key areas: Manage your member's calendar, communications, and complex logistics with strategic precision. Organize and execute high-pressure scheduling while maintaining flawless coordination. Drive forward research projects and strategic initiatives that move the needle. Build and nurture trusted relationships with your member's network and key stakeholders. Develop polished, executive-ready presentations and communications materials. Stay ahead of needs by anticipating challenges and solving problems proactively. Work closely with your member's executive coach to maintain aligned priorities and seamless execution. Optimize your member's time by thinking strategically and executing with excellence. The Athena Hub Structure You'll need to live within 80 kilometers of our Nairobi Hub to participate in: Intensive onboarding consisting of two weeks of immersive, onsite training that sets you up for success. Monthly Hub sessions for ongoing development and skill-building. Regular community engagement working alongside ambitious, values-aligned colleagues. The ability to report onsite within approximately two hours when needed for urgent matters. Ideal Candidate Profile You communicate with absolute clarity, confidence, and discretion in all professional interactions. High-performance environments energize you, and you handle shifting priorities seamlessly. You're exceptionally organized and relentlessly proactive, always staying several steps ahead. Your English communication skills are strong, both written and spoken. You're comfortable with technology—Google Workspace, Mac systems, and modern AI tools. You're seeking genuine career growth, not simply employment. You can commit to full-time work at 40 hours per week, often coordinating with U.S. time zones. You're fully dedicated to this role with no side businesses or other employment. What You'll Earn and Receive Training Phase (Up to 6 Weeks) During your intensive onsite training period, you'll be considered a trainee under our training contract structure. Upon Successful Completion and Member Assignment Your compensation package reaches up to KES 90,500 monthly, paired with comprehensive benefits including HMO coverage, company-paid access to psychologists, psychiatrists, or life coaches, optical and medicine reimbursements, and genuine career advancement opportunities within our global organization. Technical Setup Requirements You'll need a suitable work-from-home setup in Nairobi with stable internet connectivity (minimum 30 Mbps download speed). Your personal device must meet these specifications: 8th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent (Ryzen 5 3000 series or newer) or Mac Core i5 from 2017 onwards, with at least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended).
