Your work will span the complete consulting lifecycle: gathering and analyzing business information, developing and testing strategic hypotheses, crafting recommendations, and communicating findings to client leadership. You'll actively participate in implementing solutions alongside client teams, gaining hands-on experience in real-world problem solving. Throughout your tenure, you'll receive personalized guidance in project selection to ensure your work aligns with your professional development goals and network-building objectives.
Your Support System
Your growth is paramount here. You'll benefit from structured apprenticeship programs paired with continuous coaching and mentoring from colleagues at all levels. A dedicated partner from your local office will serve as your career guide while formal training programs equip you with essential consulting skills. The firm's culture emphasizes clear, actionable feedback focused squarely on your development. You'll work within a global community spanning over 65 countries and 100 nationalities, learning from colleagues with remarkably diverse backgrounds and perspectives that fuel creative problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
You should hold an undergraduate or master's degree with strong academic credentials, supported by your cumulative GPA or ranking and high school mean grade. You'll have less than one year of continuous work experience across any industry, yet demonstrate proven leadership through extracurricular involvement or professional settings. Your analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities should be exceptional, with the capacity to thrive collaboratively within team environments. You must communicate complex ideas with clarity both verbally and in writing, fluently in English.
Why Join Us
Beyond competitive compensation tailored to your location, experience, and skills, you'll receive comprehensive benefits supporting your holistic well-being and that of your family. More importantly, high-performing fellows typically progress into business analyst roles upon program completion, positioning you for sustained career advancement.
Application Requirements
Submit a one-page CV clearly indicating your cumulative university GPA or ranking alongside your high school mean grade.
