POSITION TITLE: DRR Field Officer – National Only EMPLOYER: European Committee for Agricultural Training (CEFA) DUTY STATION: West Pokot County, Kenya (exact location to be determined based on operational requirements) GROSS SALARY: KES 45,000 – 70,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term appointment for one year with possibility of extension EXPECTED START DATE: June 2026 ABOUT THE ORGANISATION CEFA – The European Committee for Training and Agriculture – is an Italian non-governmental organization established in 1972. THE ROLE As a DRR Field Officer, you will be positioned in West Pokot County to support CEFA's disaster risk reduction initiatives. Working directly within communities, you will be instrumental in implementing field-based activities that strengthen resilience and reduce vulnerability to disasters. This is a field-based position requiring regular community engagement, coordination with local stakeholders, and hands-on implementation of project activities across West Pokot County.
