ABOUT THE ROLE As a Field Specialist in Drilling Services, you will join a dynamic regional team dedicated to delivering world-class drilling solutions that optimize energy extraction, production, and processing. You will work at well sites providing expert technical support and leadership, solving complex operational challenges that require deep product knowledge and analytical expertise. Your contributions will directly influence productivity improvements and cost reductions for our diverse customer base. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will provide hands-on supervision and mentoring to junior field engineers, guiding their day-to-day well site activities and professional development. You will offer strategic advice and direction to external customers and third-party colleagues, ensuring optimal outcomes for each project. You will execute assigned duties while maintaining strict adherence to all HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and company values. Your work will be evaluated by Field Supervisors, Operations Management, and external customers to confirm all objectives are achieved. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You hold a Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. You bring at least three years of hands-on experience in drilling operations with demonstrated expertise in drilling applications and operations. You excel at identifying the right products and services for both straightforward and complex scenarios. You communicate effectively and present ideas with clarity and confidence. You possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. You thrive in global matrix environments and are prepared to travel regularly to rig sites, customer facilities, training sessions, and meetings. You are comfortable working on a rotational on-site basis with customers at various locations.
