We are seeking a Field Supervisor for Chemical Well Intervention who will play a vital role in ensuring technical competency, reliable field execution, and exceptional customer service across our operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this field-based supervisory role, you will take on a range of technical and operational duties: Manage routine and preventive chemical pump maintenance to guarantee safe, dependable equipment performance Build and maintain comprehensive product line knowledge aligned with established competency frameworks Apply technical expertise to support seamless field operations and strengthen customer partnerships Adopt a customer-first mindset in all service and support interactions Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and internal partners to achieve operational goals Collaborate within team settings to uphold safety, efficiency, and consistency standards Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with product line innovations WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU To excel in this position, you should bring: A technical diploma combined with a minimum of five years of relevant industrial experience A two-year technical degree (strongly preferred) Proven experience in your industry with completed product line training Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities with solid functional knowledge Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills Commitment to following procedures, learning frameworks, and competency guidelines Dedication to continuous learning and professional advancement WORKING ARRANGEMENTS This field-based role requires flexibility to meet operational and customer demands.
