This position is integral to the organization's global administrative hub and Shared Service Center, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations that support impactful humanitarian work across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities You will process accounting transactions using supporting documentation received through established workflows, ensuring every entry is recorded with precision and timeliness. Your attention to detail will be essential as you book financial documents accurately and verify that all required supporting documentation is available before processing activities begin. You will act as a liaison between the finance team and Country Offices, working collaboratively to resolve processing issues and track outstanding items to completion. Your responsibilities extend to performing account reconciliation activities and maintaining organized electronic filing systems that support seamless operations. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall quality and effectiveness of Hub operations through consistent, reliable administrative work.
