As Floor Manager, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience while leading our front-of-house team to excellence. What You'll Do Your role is to orchestrate seamless restaurant operations from open to close. You'll manage floor staff, maintain high service standards, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel valued. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing service delivery, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and creativity, training staff to uphold our service standards, coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth operations, and continuously optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. You'll be hands-on, solution-focused, and committed to turning every shift into a success story. What We're Looking For You bring proven expertise in customer service and satisfaction, with a genuine ability to read the room and exceed expectations. Your communication skills are sharp—you motivate staff effectively while making guests feel genuinely welcomed. You understand operations management deeply and know how to spot inefficiencies and fix them. You're a natural trainer who takes pride in developing your team's capabilities. Previous hospitality management experience is highly valued, and you're the type of person who stays calm under pressure, problem-solving on your feet. A diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is preferred.
