Key Responsibilities You will oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Your duties will include maintaining consistent product quality aligned with established standards, implementing and monitoring critical food safety systems including HACCP and GMP protocols, and conducting in-process quality checks at various production stages. You will optimize raw material usage to minimize waste, coordinate with production teams to meet daily output targets, ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate production records and documentation. Requirements and Qualifications You must hold a degree or diploma in Food Technology or a related field. Between one and three years of experience in food production or bakery operations is required. You should have strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP, understand production processes and quality control principles, possess basic reporting and documentation skills, and be capable of working in shifts while managing production pressure.
