We are actively recruiting a Front Desk Host who embodies service excellence and brings genuine warmth to every guest interaction. THE ROLE As Front Desk Host, you will be the face of our hotel, orchestrating every moment of the guest journey from arrival through departure. Your day will involve anticipating what guests need before they ask, handling inquiries with poise and professionalism, and crafting experiences that leave lasting impressions. You will serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the property, balancing the demands of a fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining composure and delivering solutions that consistently exceed expectations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To thrive in this position, you should bring: 1 to 2 years of Front Office experience within a globally recognized luxury hotel brand. A genuine passion for hospitality and a talent for creating memorable moments for guests. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities paired with a naturally warm, confident and engaging demeanor. A polished professional presence with meticulous attention to grooming and detail. The capacity to remain calm and solution-focused during busy periods. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A team-oriented approach with flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Proficiency with front office systems, particularly Reserve and OPERA Cloud platforms. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field. Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional international languages valued as an advantage.
