You have the demonstrated ability to design, implement and assess guiding training programmes. You communicate effectively in written and spoken English, are culturally sensitive and adaptable, and can build strong rapport with diverse multinational teams. Familiarity with KPSGA, Tanzania Tourism licensing or equivalent East African qualification frameworks is advantageous, as is knowledge of Swahili. You're comfortable with extensive travel and living across multiple remote lodge environments for extended rotations. You hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions and can provide stable career history with outstanding contactable references.
