About The Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Sub-Saharan Africa operations and drive the expansion of our premium educational framework across the region. In this pivotal position, you will oversee strategy implementation, build sustainable growth across our school network, and forge meaningful partnerships with governments, education systems, and key stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing regional priorities while contributing to broader national education transformation goals.
What You Will Do
Lead the regional scaling of our programmes, expanding their reach within schools and communities while building lasting impact across Sub-Saharan Africa. You will manage the country portfolio, oversee delegated budgets, and ensure programmes deliver exceptional results on the ground.
Build and lead a dynamic, cross-functional team of local professionals spanning community development, stakeholder partnerships, advocacy, marketing and communications, and business operations. Your guidance will shape how we engage with the education ecosystem across the region.

You possess deep familiarity with international education systems and have demonstrated success in growing stakeholder networks while building and maintaining high-level partnerships with governments and institutions. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and the ability to inspire teams across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.
