HOSPITAL OUTREACH OFFICER (COMMISSION-BASED) – NAIROBI COMPANY: At.Home Kenya ABOUT THE ROLE At.Home Kenya is seeking a dynamic and driven Hospital Outreach Officer to join our team in Nairobi. This full-time, commission-based position plays a crucial role in connecting patients with our comprehensive home care services. You will be the bridge between hospital environments and families seeking quality in-home care, working to expand our patient referral network across Nairobi County. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Your day-to-day work will involve visiting hospitals throughout Nairobi to introduce At.Home Kenya's services to medical professionals and administrative staff. You will cultivate meaningful professional relationships with nurses, doctors, and hospital personnel who can refer patients to our care programs. Your primary focus will be generating new patient referrals and maintaining consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into active clients. You will also maintain simple daily documentation of your visits, interactions, and emerging leads to keep the team informed of your progress and pipeline. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You should be an exceptional communicator with a natural talent for building professional relationships across diverse healthcare environments. Research skills and the ability to gather relevant market insights will strengthen your effectiveness in understanding hospital needs and patient demographics. We need someone who is self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A background in healthcare, social work, nursing, or related fields is highly valued. Your familiarity with Nairobi's local community structure and healthcare landscape would be advantageous. You must hold a minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
