Position Overview The Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer plays a vital operational and administrative role within AAIK's HR and Organizational Development function. This position is instrumental in implementing HR policies, procedures, and people processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, support organizational development initiatives, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that enables our team to drive development impact effectively.
