When policy violations or compliance concerns surface, you'll conduct thorough investigations that protect both people and organizational integrity. Performance Management and Development You'll establish and oversee annual or bi-annual performance review frameworks that drive accountability and growth. HR Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management You'll ensure every company policy, employment contract, and workplace practice aligns with Kenya's employment standards and labor laws. You'll maintain accurate, secure employee records within the HRIS system, protecting data while meeting legal requirements.
