We are committed to unlocking the potential of young people through innovative education programs, practical self-development initiatives, and hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and leadership. Our approach centers on equipping youth with tangible skills and real-world opportunities that enable them to create sustainable change in their communities and contribute meaningfully to national development. Our current portfolio includes the Jijenge Kijana Fund, a youth livelihood initiative providing micro-credit and savings training to help young entrepreneurs establish sustainable income sources and break cycles of poverty. We also operate the Water Kiosk at School program, a student-managed enterprise that delivers clean drinking water to school communities while generating revenue and teaching business fundamentals in a practical setting. THE ROLE We are seeking an IT and Development Assistant to support our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and social impact to contribute to our mission. You will work alongside our team to maintain and improve our digital infrastructure, support ongoing program development, and help scale our impact across Kenya and beyond. Your responsibilities will include assisting with IT operations, supporting software and systems maintenance, contributing to project development initiatives, and helping implement technology solutions that enhance our program delivery and organizational efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS You should possess relevant IT qualifications or equivalent professional experience. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with common software platforms are essential. Excellent communication abilities, a collaborative mindset, and genuine commitment to our youth empowerment mission are required.
