THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking an IT Intern to join our growing technology team and provide essential IT support across the organization. This is your chance to gain real-world experience in a dynamic logistics environment while developing your technical skills. WHAT YOU'LL BRING You're a recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field completed within the last year. You possess basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office applications. Beyond technical skills, you're curious, proactive, organized, and genuinely eager to expand your capabilities. Your communication abilities and interpersonal skills are strong, allowing you to work effectively with diverse teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver first-line IT support to our staff members, serving as their primary technical contact. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues efficiently. Support our Microsoft 365 users with implementation and day-to-day assistance. Handle email configuration, user account creation, and access permission management. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and documentation. Contribute to IT projects and system improvement initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency.
