POSITION 1: REGIONAL MANAGER – COAST REGION Location: Mombasa We seek a strategic and commercially driven leader capable of providing comprehensive oversight of the principal branch and multiple satellite branches within the region. You will be the driving force behind business growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and regulatory compliance across all assigned branches. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth and profitability, leading branch operations to meet targets, developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing your team, monitoring performance and compliance standards, and acting as the vital link between branches and Head Office. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Minimum eight years of relevant professional experience with at least three years in a leadership or management capacity. Proven expertise in branch management, business development, and regional operations. Strong leadership, sales negotiation, and relationship management capabilities. Demonstrated success in driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance. Strong grasp of compliance frameworks, financial management, and customer service excellence. POSITION 2: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS Locations: Keroka, Meru, Garissa, Litein, Diani We are looking for commercially astute, customer-focused professionals with a passion for delivering measurable results. You will take full ownership of branch operations, providing strategic, operational, and commercial leadership that drives growth and success. Your key responsibilities will encompass driving business growth and revenue generation, leading branch operations to achieve objectives, developing strategic partnerships and expanding market reach, delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and motivating your branch team, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Minimum six years of relevant professional experience with at least two years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record in business development and revenue growth. Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage diverse branch operations. POSITION 3: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATES Locations: Kericho, Nakuru Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, you will be the voice of our customers, managing relationships and interactions across multiple channels to ensure outstanding satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service through all available channels, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting branch business development initiatives, and handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification. Minimum two years of experience in customer service roles. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrated business development acumen. POSITION 4: DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES Locations: Tassia, Kangemi, Rongai, Kitengela, Mwea, Zimmerman, Eastleigh, Chogoria, Chuka, Eldoret-Highlands, Eldoret, Diani, Nyeri, Othaya, Maua Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating demand for AA Kenya's products and services and closing sales with potential customers. Successful candidates will receive a monthly retainer plus performance-based commission. Your key responsibilities will include promoting and selling AA Kenya products and services, generating leads and converting prospects into paying customers, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting branch marketing activities. Required qualifications: Diploma or degree qualification in any business-related field. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Sales and marketing experience is advantageous. POSITION 5: DRIVING SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR Locations: Barnabas, Shabaab, Kahawa West, Ngong Road, Embakasi, Kisii Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for imparting both theory and practical driving skills to learners, enabling them to become competent and safe drivers on Kenya's roads. Required qualifications: Valid Driving License. NTSA Accredited Instructor Training Certificate and Instructor License. KCSE Certificate. Minimum two years of experience
