The Role We're seeking an experienced Line Chef to join our culinary team and take a central role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our valued guests. Working full-time in our kitchen, you'll take ownership of food preparation and presentation, executing our menu with precision and creativity. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing and cooking dishes to our exacting standards, maintaining impeccable kitchen cleanliness and hygiene protocols, and fostering seamless collaboration with your fellow kitchen team members. You'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring every meal reflects our commitment to quality and excellence. What We're Looking For - Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution - Minimum two years of proven experience working as a Line Chef - Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food preparation procedures - Proven ability to multitask effectively within a dynamic, high-volume kitchen environment - Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills - Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and consistently meet strict timelines - Current, valid Food Handler's Certificate To Apply Submit your application comprising a cover letter, current CV, certified copies of your academic credentials, professional reference letters, and Certificates of Service to careers@asyanagardens.org.
