ABOUT THE ROLE As an LMP Crew Supervisor, you'll lead inventory and stock management operations within our Liquid Mud Plant facility. You'll work at the heart of our drilling fluids operations, ensuring that our innovative energy solutions reach our customers reliably and efficiently. Your organizational skills and hands-on approach will be crucial in maintaining smooth warehouse operations while supporting our wider team's success. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your responsibilities will include overseeing the manufacturing and preparation of fluid systems, conducting basic laboratory testing, and managing the receipt, unloading and movement of stock materials using forklift equipment. You'll prepare shipments destined for field locations and customer sites, maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and inventory levels, and communicate regularly with cross-functional teams about product availability and stock levels. You'll also maintain warehouse equipment, coordinate cleanup activities, and help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Working the evening shift and overtime during weekends and holidays as needed is part of the commitment required. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification and at least five years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse or inventory management. You should have working knowledge of basic chemical blending processes, a commitment to continuous learning about our products and equipment, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. You must be safety-conscious, collaborative, physically capable of lifting and moving materials, and comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
