JOB TITLE: Medical Cell Support Officer - Nairobi Based (Male/Female) COMPANY: Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Médecins Sans Frontières is an international humanitarian medical organization established in 1971, dedicated to delivering critical medical assistance to populations facing life-threatening situations. Our work spans multiple operational directorates, each supported by field teams and coordination offices worldwide. THE ROLE We are seeking a Medical Cell Support Officer to join our Nairobi-based Cell, which forms part of MSF's Operational Centre Paris. The Nairobi Cell serves as the operational hub for our missions across South Sudan, Chad, Kenya, and Sudan, coordinating complex emergency response initiatives across the region. The Cell comprises a management structure including the Cell Manager and Deputy Cell Managers overseeing both medical and operations functions, supported by essential technical and administrative teams specializing in logistics, finance, human resources, supply chain management, and communications. In this position, you will provide vital support services that enable our operational teams to deliver life-saving medical care effectively. Your work will directly contribute to coordinating humanitarian responses across four East African nations, ensuring seamless communication and resource management between field operations and headquarters.
