This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) engagement designed to identify an experienced technology partner to modernize and enhance the organization's membership management systems. IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMELINE The RFP process follows this structured schedule: Request for Proposal issued: 3 August 2026 Bidders' confirmation of participation deadline: 13 August 2026 Final questions and clarification requests deadline: 20 August 2026 Feedback on clarifications provided: 27 August 2026 Bid submission deadline: 7 September 2026 Bidders shortlisting announced: 14 September 2026 Optional shortlisted bidders' interviews: 21 September 2026 Final selection announcement: 28 September 2026 HOW TO PARTICIPATE Interested bidders must confirm their participation in writing via email to the contact persons no later than 13 August 2026. Confirmation of participation is mandatory for all bidders intending to submit proposals.
