THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join our organization. In this position, you will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, and Compliance system that measures program performance against GVRC indicators, fulfills donor requirements, and supports our organizational objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining data quality standards, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and producing evidence-based reports that enable learning and inform decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to improving program effectiveness, strengthening accountability, and supporting better organizational decisions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Planning, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline, backed by at least three years of hands-on experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. You are proficient in Excel and data analysis, with experience in data visualization tools being advantageous. Project Management or M&E training certifications would strengthen your candidacy. You demonstrate exceptional customer focus, thrive in team environments, and excel at managing performance metrics while maintaining a results-driven mindset. Above all, you are reliable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and conduct yourself with the highest standards of professionalism and ethical integrity.
