In this integrated, locally-grounded position, you will champion Roche's commitment to delivering 20 transformative medicines addressing the world's most pressing health challenges by 2030. Your day-to-day will involve designing and embedding strategies that fundamentally improve patient journeys, mobilizing cross-functional teams to execute with precision, and leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and channels to engage stakeholders meaningfully. Who You Are You are a systems thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities and a demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments. You combine strong business acumen with deep expertise in commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience. Your background includes exposure to market access and medical topics, and you work naturally within agile methodologies. You are patient-centric in your approach, skilled at building and nurturing long-term relationships, and experienced in partnering with patient advocacy organizations. You bring a digital mindset, comfortable leveraging modern technologies to enhance how you connect with stakeholders. Above all, you embody integrity, operate with an altruistic spirit in supporting collective goals, and think beyond organizational borders to maximize impact. Your Background University degree in science, medical, or a related field is required. An advanced degree in life sciences or an MBA is advantageous. Minimum four years of proven professional experience in pharmaceutical product marketing, healthcare solution development, brand management, or equivalent roles within the healthcare industry. Fluency in English to collaborate effectively across the global Roche organization is highly desired.
