Your role sits at the critical intersection where incomplete or questionable timesheet data stops and verified, correct information moves forward to payroll processing. The Position Based within the payroll and HR operations team reporting to the payroll supervisor, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering field worker hours into the company's systems. This involves ensuring hours are complete, coded to the correct jobs, and accurately recorded before each pay run. Beyond data entry mechanics, this role demands attention to detail and accountability — payroll errors have real consequences for the people depending on those paychecks.
