SOKIFY JOB LISTING Position: Personal Driver - Executive Support Employer: TPA Marketing Services Limited About This Role TPA Marketing Services Limited is looking for a dependable and highly professional Executive Personal Driver to deliver premium chauffeur services to senior company leadership. You'll be responsible for safe, efficient transportation while maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience operating high-end luxury vehicles, possess impeccable driving safety standards, and excel at building respectful working relationships with C-suite executives. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving executives safely to meetings, appointments, corporate events, and various business engagements throughout Nairobi and the region. You'll keep assigned vehicles in pristine condition through regular maintenance checks, refueling, and scheduled servicing while maintaining accurate records of mileage and fuel consumption. Route planning and traffic management will be key aspects of your role, ensuring executives arrive on time despite Nairobi's unpredictable traffic conditions. You'll provide professional assistance with luggage and materials when needed and maintain confidentiality regarding all executive schedules, destinations, and sensitive information. Your flexibility extends to covering extended hours, weekend schedules, and last-minute itinerary adjustments as business demands require. What We're Looking For You must hold a valid Driver's License with Class BCE or PSV endorsement and provide a Certificate of Good Conduct. Your professional history should include at least five years of proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or professional operator serving senior executives, diplomatic personnel, or high-profile individuals. You'll demonstrate confident expertise handling luxury SUVs and executive-class vehicles, paired with comprehensive knowledge of Nairobi's road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes. Professional communication skills are essential, along with an immaculate appearance and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Advanced or defensive driving certification is highly valued. Above all, you must exhibit unwavering discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete professionalism.
