JUNIOR DESIGNER About The Role Robin's marketing and creative team is seeking a Junior Designer to join a fast-moving creative environment. You'll be responsible for producing visually compelling, on-brand content that resonates across digital channels. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career designer with fresh ideas and a genuine passion for creative growth. What You'll Be Doing You'll take the lead on designing engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and various marketing materials. Your work will include creating motion graphics and simple animations for reels and video content, as well as editing short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll translate creative briefs and conceptual ideas into polished, on-brand visuals that align with Robin's identity. Additionally, you'll stay on top of emerging design and social media trends, bringing fresh inspiration and innovative ideas back to the team. What We're Looking For You'll need between one and two years of hands-on experience in graphic design or digital content creation. A strong portfolio is essential—one that clearly demonstrates your creativity and meticulous attention to detail. You should have a solid grasp of foundational design principles including layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling. Proficiency with most Adobe Creative Suite applications is required. Most importantly, you approach creative problem-solving with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude. Nice To Have Experience using AI tools to generate images, create motion graphics, or streamline creative workflows is a bonus. Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video editing strengthens your candidacy. Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable is advantageous. You'll also stand out if you have strong insights into how social media platforms work and what content drives genuine engagement.
