ABOUT THE ROLE As Product Operations Lead, you will shape how the Product team operates and delivers value. Your primary responsibility is to identify and drive operational efficiencies—including strategic AI adoption—while managing the product toolkit, designing and implementing processes, and leveraging data for continuous improvement. You will serve as the guardian of the Product team's working methods, taking ownership of any operational gaps or inefficiencies that limit the team's impact. Your focus will be ensuring that every system, workflow, and tool is optimized to maximize the team's contribution to organizational goals.
