PUBLIC SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Shining Hope For Communities is seeking a dedicated Public School Partnership Coordinator to join our Education Expansion team. Based in either Nairobi or Mombasa, you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between our organization, partner public primary schools, teachers, parents, learners, and local education stakeholders. This is a full-time position reporting to the Public Schools Partnerships Officer, offering you the chance to make a direct impact on foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes across assigned schools. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Public School Partnership Coordinator, you'll be the essential field-level connection that ensures effective, high-quality implementation of our Education Expansion strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting teacher professional development initiatives and monitoring their impact in classrooms Driving effective integration of educational technology tools to enhance learning outcomes Providing strategic support to school leadership teams to strengthen institutional capacity Building meaningful engagement with parents and learners to create supportive learning environments Implementing learner safeguarding protocols and ensuring child protection standards are upheld Delivering targeted nudges and interventions to keep learners engaged and progressing Maintaining meticulous documentation of all activities, progress, and outcomes Coordinating seamlessly across multiple schools while serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders This role demands strong field presence, exceptional relationship management skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to collaborate effectively across schools and internal teams.
