Your day-to-day responsibilities include listening carefully to understand what each caller truly wants, recommending tailored travel packages that match their needs and budget, and guiding prospects through the booking process with confidence and professionalism. You'll apply proven sales techniques to convert conversations into confirmed reservations while maintaining the service excellence that builds lasting customer relationships. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Advanced English proficiency – both spoken and written – is essential for this role. You'll need proven experience in call center sales environments, demonstrating your ability to handle high call volumes and convert inquiries into results. Strong communication skills are fundamental; you should be able to articulate travel options clearly and address customer concerns thoughtfully.
