This is a pivotal role for a seasoned accounting professional ready to take on comprehensive financial management responsibilities while leading and developing a talented accounting team. In this position, you will oversee full-cycle accounting operations, ensure strict regulatory compliance, manage payroll functions, prepare detailed financial reports, and champion process improvements throughout the organization. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of financial governance and operational efficiency. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Your background should include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a closely related field. You must bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle accounting, payroll management, and tax compliance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. Leadership capability is critical — you should have proven experience managing and developing accounting teams to high performance standards. You must be fluent in English at C1 level (mandatory requirement) and possess French language skills at A1 level or higher (mandatory requirement).
