The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Project Manager to lead complex, concurrent client projects from conception through successful implementation and handover to operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders across multiple levels to ensure exceptional project delivery that exceeds expectations. What You Will Do Strategic Leadership and Governance Lead and provide overall direction for complex projects while championing delivery excellence and continuous improvement. You will facilitate steering committees and executive reviews, ensuring strict adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. End-to-End Project Delivery Oversee the complete project lifecycle, managing multiple contractors and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered as agreed, within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will monitor performance metrics across scope, budget, risks, and benefit realization while maintaining rigorous scope and change control. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients throughout the project journey. Provide executive-level status updates and strategic recommendations, facilitate decision-making processes, and manage escalations with clarity and professionalism. Risk, Compliance, and Quality Management Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring organizational and industry compliance. Collaborate with technical teams on quality assurance activities and maintain comprehensive documentation of risks, issues, and resolutions. What We're Looking For Experience and Expertise You bring at least five years of seasoned project and program management experience, preferably within multinational professional services environments. You have substantial background in IT infrastructure and applications projects, with demonstrated expertise in governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk management. Your proven ability to manage complex, urgent tasks simultaneously, combined with strong commercial acumen and business judgment, sets you apart. Key Competencies You are a decisive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills who builds strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Your problem-solving and analytical abilities enable you to address implementation challenges effectively. You possess strong initiative, self-motivation, and collaborative influencing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion for project success. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory. Relevant project management certifications are required. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is beneficial.
