You'll work alongside a collaborative team of engineers, product specialists, and business leaders to transform raw data into strategic advantages for thousands of agents across our platform. What You'll Do You'll take ownership of complex data challenges, from architecture and pipeline development to analytics and insights generation. Your work will directly influence product decisions, help agents understand their business performance, and contribute to building a more inclusive financial ecosystem. You'll mentor junior data team members while staying hands-on with technical implementation. Who You Are You bring substantial professional experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields. You're comfortable with modern data stacks, SQL, and programming languages like Python or similar. You understand data governance, can communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and have a track record of delivering impactful projects.
