Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to drive flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract compliance for Wireline and Tubing Conveyed Perforation operations. In this position, you will be the operational backbone ensuring every project meets customer expectations and contract specifications. You will coordinate TCP operations both onshore and offshore, manage maintenance teams, oversee job planning, facilitate client technical meetings, and organize workshop logistics. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will mentor junior team members, developing them into future leaders while sharing your technical expertise. Your Key Responsibilities Safeguard the health, safety, and wellbeing of all personnel while protecting the environment. Take ownership of contract and quote management, ensuring complete understanding and maximization of revenue opportunities. Serve as the primary client contact throughout job preparation, execution, and closeout phases, maintaining relationships that drive business success. Monitor all job activities across organizational boundaries according to established guidelines and cultural values. Master the client's Management of Change and escalation procedures to mitigate risks when operations approach specification limits or deviate from Baker Hughes Standard Operating Procedures. Flag delivery-impacting issues immediately to prevent service disruptions. Verify invoices align with contracts, eliminate revenue leakage, and ensure timely cash collection. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum five years of experience in wireline service operations. Proven capability to run TCP and logging operations independently. Experience establishing wireline bases in remote locations for TCP deployment. Track record in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong technical knowledge and engineering understanding of TCP systems. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for clear communication with international teams and clients.
